La Grande Bouffe is the work of chef Mark E Watkins and his team, providing food, drink & merry on the island of Ibiza. Having lived in barcelona in the late 1980's and in Ibiza since 2001, Mark has an in-depth knowledge of Spanish, and particularly Catalan cuisine creating food that is uncompromisingly simple and unfussy using locally sourced organic ingredients.

Whilst in London in the 1990's Mark worked as head chef at the prestigious Primrose Hill restaurant and Gastro Pub "The Landsdowne" and his skills and knowledge expand to all traditional Mediterranean, French and English cooking.
